Tangled Taters is
locally owned and operated by Gary Webb, an entrepreneur and Carlsbad
resident for over 25 years. Gary brings a sense of humor combined
with years of experience to ensure his customers a return trip time
and time again. Gary`s wife and their 2 sons and their beloved
daughter-in-law help make Tangled Taters the best mobile concession
in the area.

Tangled Taters is a family owned and
operated mobil food concession business in our ninth year of
operation. We
began in 1999 serving only
Ribbon Fries, Hot Dogs, and Drinks. The number of compliments that we
have received from folks like you,
we felt we're getting
pretty good with our Fun Foodz Products. So we decided we would
expand our food menu and
added Funnel Cakes and
Fresh Squeezed
Lemonade. We are committed
to quality products, excellent customer service and dependability.
Once you taste one of our
food products you will know why we are invited back year after year
to various events.
We have a fully
self-contained mobile trailer or a E-Z Up tent
We carry general liability
insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.
We can furnish our own
power supply if needed.
We are permitted with the
State of New Mexico Enviromental Health Dept.
We take pride in the
cleaniness and looks of our mobile trailer.
The prices we charge to
our patrons is affordable.

Everyone loves our
Funnel Cakes! They're fried on site and served hot and fresh to
order.....no sitting under a heat lamp waiting till someone is ready
to buy one. Our Funnel Cakes are the perfect dessert solution.
Everyone will enjoy their own personal Funnel Cake topped just the
way they like it! You may have your choice of toppings which include
powdered sugar, cinnamon, chocolate, or caramel.
If you're looking to
hire a funnel cake vendor, look no further! Tangled Taters will take
care of you and your guests with the best funnel cakes available
anywhere.

And don`t forget the
Ribbon Fries we cook to order. Using only the finest potatoes, served
to you hot, crispy, and golden brown with various seasonings and
topped with chili and cheese available for your enjoyment.
Our Fresh Squeezed Lemonade is the real thing using freshly squeezed
lemons blended just the way you like it.
We also have added
Fresh Squeezed Limeade to our selection of drinks.
This by-far has to be
one of the finest drinks west of the Mississippi! Don`t take my word
for it, try it some time.
We are also proud to
serve Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Giant Corn Dogs,
Sausage on a Stick, Brats, Fresh Cut Onion Rings, Cajun Battered
Chicken Tenderloins on a Stick, Alligator on a Stick, Frito Pie,
Breakfast Sandwiches, Hot Chocolate, Hot Coffee, Sweet Tea, Bottle
Water and Coca Cola Products.
